Make Your Campus Be More Sustainable! -- Submit ideas for use of the Clean Energy and Sustainability Fees

The Student Sustainability Committee is soliciting applications to appropriate the $2 Clean Energy Technology Fee and the $5 Sustainability Fee.  Submit your ideas! All campus groups (students, faculty, staff, etc) are eligible to apply.  

Current projects supported in part by the fee:

• Large-scale wind turbines to be placed on the South Farms
• UIUC Biodiesel Initiative -- converting waste vegetable oil to campus biodiesel
• Union Audit and retrofits
• Ethanol tank for campus garage
• Lighting retrofits for the Waste Management Research Center
• Solar panels and green roof for Business Instructional Facility
